Edward has held a meeting with the Chief Executive and Chairman of Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI), to discuss the priorities of our local hospitals, and to discuss their performance and finances.
Edward said: “I was glad to have the opportunity to hold constructive discussions with both the Chief Executive and Chairman, to discuss our local hospitals’ plans for the future, investment in our hospitals, and the performance of our local hospitals for patients. I look forward to catching-up again with them on future occasions, to receive any future updates on the situation locally, and am grateful to everyone who works in our local hospitals for their fantastic work.”
