Edward has shown his support for the ‘Breast Cancer Now’ charity at their annual ‘Wear it Pink’ event in Parliament.
The event was, as always, very well attended by MPs of all Parties, and gave Edward the opportunity to catch up with the team from Breast Cancer Now to hear more about the charity’s fantastic work to support those affected with breast cancer, and their campaigning to raise awareness and improve early diagnosis, treatment, and support for those with the disease.
Edward said: “As in previous years, it was great to see Breast Cancer Now’s ‘Wear it Pink’ event turn Parliament pink for the day. They do amazing work in raising awareness of a life-threatening disease but one that, if caught early, can be treated effectively and see ever increasing numbers of people survive it, so it was a real pleasure to show my support for such a worthy cause.”
