Edward has joined the Lord Lieutenant, the Chair of Syston Town Council, the Town Manager, local Councillors, and local residents at the annual Syton Town Council Civic Reception to recognise and celebrate the people who have made a huge contribution to the town over the previous year, and who through their public service, in a variety of ways, have contributed to making Syston the special place to live, work and visit that it is.
Edward said: "It was a privilege to be able to attend the annual Syston Town Council Civic Reception, to mark and honour the public service and contribution so many people give to Syston, giving of their time, commitment and dedication to making the town so special. It is right we recognise and thank them for that service"
