Edward has met with the Chair and representatives of Woodhouse and Woodhouse Eaves Parish Council in Woodhouse Eaves to discuss local issues, including traffic in the village, crime and ASB, and the Parish Council’s exciting project for a new Annex building behind the Village Hall to provide a space for youth and community groups to use.
Edward said: “It’s always good to be in Woodhouse Eaves, and today it was great to meet up with members of the Parish Council to discuss issues affecting the village, the exciting project underway to replace the old Village Hall Annex with a fantastic new building designed to provide a venue for youth and other community groups, and the hard work of local parish councillors to further protect and enhance the facilities in this beautiful village.
Local parish councillors do an amazing job for their communities, as volunteers, and it’s always a privilege to see first hand the commitment to public service and the ambition for their communities they give day-in, day-out, as in Woodhouse and Woodhouse Eaves.”
