Edward has paid his annual visit to the ‘Swithland Flower and Vegetable Show’, to enjoy seeing the fresh produce and beautiful horticulture that local residents had brought to exhibit. The Show has been held for a number of decades and continues to remain a key date in the Swithland community diary. Every year it does a fantastic job raising funds for a range of local charities, including Rainbows and LOROS.
Edward said: “I attend the Swithland Village Show every year and, whether you decide to participate in the show, or simply choose to spectate, the level of involvement and support from the local Swithland community is fantastic. Village shows like this are such a valuable part of our local community life.”
