Edward, in his capacity as Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for the new Melton & Syston seat has joined local Melton Borough Councillor, Ronan Browne, to drop into Hoby's annual Horticultural Show, to enjoy seeing the fresh produce, beautiful flowers and horticulture, and other arts and crafts that local residents had brought to exhibit. The Show has been held for many decades and continues to remain a key date in summer for the village.
Edward said: “It was great to visit Hoby's Horticultural Show with local Councillor Ronan Browne to see the amazing quality and variety of the exhibits and I congratulate everyone who helped organise it & who participated. Whether you decide to participate in the show, or simply choose to spectate, the level of involvement and support from the local Hoby community was fantastic. Village shows like this are such a valuable part of local community life.”
